最近对自己不那么苛刻了。能够承认自己做不好的事但却不讨厌自己，不强迫自己照顾每一个人的情绪，允许自己犯错而不自责。还是提醒自己，我不需要很聪明很成熟。我得接受自己。不害人就好。
